Description
Setsquare Recruitment are looking for a repairs inspector to work on social housing properties across Lancashire.

This is working with a large social housing provider who has a base in Blackburn.

You'll be carrying out inspections to housing stock prior to and following repairs, maintenance and/or refurbishment work.


Liasing with Delivery Co-ordinators and Works Planners you'll ensure the projects are planned, delivered and completed in accordance with the appropriate specification.

You'll need to have previous experience assessing the repair, maintenance and refurbishment requirements of the company.

This is ongoing work paying £19.30 PAYE (holiday included) or £22.30 Umbrella/CIS.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

You'll need experience of domestic property inspections and a full driving licence.
