£22,447 £23,928 (Dependent on skills and experience)

A bit about you...
Following continued growth within our organisation we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our small friendly team in Wallingford Do you have an interest in the environment, have a logical and flexible approach?

As a Project Administrator you should be proactive, organised, bring new creative ideas and be willing to learn.

In this role you will need to be calm under pressure as you will be managing inboxes for three projects and your priorities will fluctuate.

Some travel within the UK may be required for events

Main Responsibilities Organise meetings, maintaining mailing lists and scheduling alerts for deadlines Format and distribute of meeting papers Collate and transfer actions from various meetings to the project MS SharePoint list Manage, organise, and file electronic documents and paperwork Assist with event management e.g. booking venues and hospitality, arranging transport and accommodation, preparation of supporting materials Support expense claims submissions Procurement of consumables and tracking expenditure within a simple budget Run and download routine reports Data entry and collation of stakeholder information Monitor social media feedsHere are some essential skills we are looking for:
  • Confidence to interact with a range of stakeholders
