Seeking Assistant Head to a Manager (Residential Placement with Education)
MUST have or working towards Level 5 (have strong management experiance)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Children 1 bedded care home LD/MH
SOLO provision


You will have:

  • Experience in Managing at a Boarding School
  • Have NVQ5 qualification in management or close to completing one.
  • Degree in psychology/criminology/social science an advantage.
  • Live no further than 40 mins drive of Northampton
  • Good staff management/interpersonal skills
  • Good at completing tasks, reliable, presentable and flexible
  • Committed to making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged young people

In addition to the salary we offer Employee Share Scheme

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£32,900.00 per year
