We are looking for an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join us on a temporary basis.

Requirements:

Carry out investigations and enforce tenancy conditions with particular responsibility for higher level ASB and nuisance cases
Have experience of preparing cases for Court hearings in the civil court
Up to date knowledge and understanding of the AntiSocial Behaviour Act 2014 and The Housing Act and current developments in Housing, Landlord and Tenant law
Driving licence with own vehicle

Benefits

Hourly rate: upto £18ph
