Role Overview

As a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer within our client's team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a broad spectrum of clients, including investors, developers, private clients, and funders.

Your focus will be on both domestic (UK) and cross-border real estate transactions, emphasizing investment, development, leasing, joint ventures, and real estate finance.

Drawing upon your extensive sector experience, which spans prime residential, build-to-rent (BTR) and private rented sector (PRS), student accommodation, offices, retail, industrial, hospitality, and leisure, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes for complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:

Advising clients on diverse commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including investors, developers, and private clients.
Handling intricate joint ventures and real estate finance matters.
Leveraging your expertise in sectors such as prime residential, BTR, PRS, offices, retail, industrial, hospitality, and leisure.
Contributing to the growth and reputation of our client's real estate practice.

Desirable Skills and Experience

A proven track record in corporate real estate law, with a focus on investment, development, and leasing.
Experience in managing crossborder transactions and navigating complex legal landscapes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
A deep understanding of various real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.
The ability to provide strategic legal counsel that aligns with clients' business objectives.
