Job descriptionCapercaillie Care have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity covering Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.
Our Care Team Supervisors have the opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring that outstanding care is provided to our clients and service users.
Your main responsibility will be to provide a high-quality customer care service in accordance with Capercaillie Care Policies and Procedures and regulatory requirements.
Objective:
To provide a high quality customer care service in accordance with Capercaillie Care Policies and Procedures and regulatory requirements.
Main Tasks:
- To be customer focused and deliver an outstanding experience for our service users
- To support maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and service users
- Completing care reviews for existing service users and updating care plans
- To manage the change in service requirements and follow up on corresponding changes in Care need for service users
- To develop close professional working relationships with Care Managers and allied health professionals ensuring regular meetings are held to maintain relationships and identify changes in Care requirements
- To cover the creation and maintenance of work rotas and that they are carried out in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with required timescales, when the care coordinator is on Annual Leave
- To regularly meet with and manage Care Workers in accordance with Capercaillie Care Policies and Procedures ensuring a close working relationships where good working practices are encouraged and maintained amongst Care Workers including spot checks and supervision
- Preferable Requirements:
- Knowledge of CM2000
- SVQ 2 with the desire to work towards SVQ3

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
