One Property Recruitment are seeking a Fire Risk Assessor for a large client to conduct fire risk assessments across a residential portfolio.

This will be a field-based role and we are seeking someone with experience in fire risk assessment and health & safety to join the team.

Attributes required:

Certificates from NEBOSH General and Fire Safety & Risk Management are necessary
Able to authorise and write off fire risk assessments
Good familiarity with UK laws, legislations, and regulations
Having knowledge of both residential and commercial blocks is desired

What is the package on offer?

£40,000-£45,000
Field-based - you won't be required in the office every week
