Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors. Working at a primary school WF1 2PH

The working hours are Monday to Friday 6am-8am

A valid enhanced DBS certificate id required for this position which we can help obtain


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize classrooms, staff rooms, break and other common areas
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Clean toilets and mirrors to high standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
  • Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
