Hillside Care Home Huyton Liverpool are currently seeking a Maintenance Person for 20 hours on a permanent basis

Our team offers a kind, considerate and attentive service. Everyone is treated with dignity and the focus is on promoting residents' independence and quality of life.


Our home consists of 114 rooms in four separate units, providing safe, clean and comfortable personal spaces which are complemented by pleasant landscaped gardens and welcoming, communal rooms.


  • Plumbing
  • Electrics
  • Joinery
  • Decorating

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Fire alarm checks
  • Water Temperatures
  • Emergency lights
  • C/H Boilers, Domestic Boilers
  • Fault finding
  • General repairs to the workings and fabrics of the building inside and out

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From £10.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool, L36 8DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
