HSP Financial Planning Ltd is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Whetstone, Leicestershire.
Established in 1977 we have built up a reputation for providing trusted professional advice given by approachable and dedicated advisers, supported by an experienced administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Intelligent office or other financial planning software is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Salary:
£19,500.00-£20,500.00 per year
