Description
Pest Control Officer with RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (or equivalent)

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Vehicle provided for driving around the borough

Reactive workload - covering predominantly housing stock, tackling public heath pests.

Lone-working


Experience

  • Operational pest control experience
  • Use of a variety of information systems and technology
  • Planning, delivery and coordination of workloads
  • Planning, delivery and coordination of projects

Skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work unsupervised in accordance with agreed work programmes
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to write concise reports and keep written and computerised records of case work
  • Understanding and commitment to working safely

Essential

  • Driving licence
  • RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (or equivalent)

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

£21.95 per hour
