Duties to include but not limited to:

Provide remedial service for warranty of products to an established customer database
Plan and schedule engineers
Update customer database
Ordering parts for customers both internally and externally
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good telephone manner
Ability to work as a team and independently
Telephone manner
Punctual
Organised
Multitask
Work independently and part of a team
Able to work in a busy environment
Approachable and friendly
