Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our clients brand's goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging, highquality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and and other platforms where required
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimise content and strategy for maximum engagement and growth.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and grow our clients social media presence, increasing follower engagement and expanding their community.
  • Lead social media campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with different departments to ensure coherence and maximise impact.
  • Directly engage with our audience, fostering a vibrant and interactive community.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff or interns, providing guidance and support in their social media tasks.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media growth and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent command of social media platforms and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the knack for crafting compelling and brandaligned messages.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising, content management systems, and social media management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£11.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
