Job Role


We have an exciting opportunity here at Waddle Insurance to join our Sales Support team in a fast paced and dynamic insurance company.

You will be working with a welcoming team who handle all our pre-sales and provider enquiries.

This is a key role within our business within the company during a period of growth, allowing you access to new and invigorating projects.


Key responsibilities for a Sales Support:

  • Assisting the senior financial advisers in their role.
  • Relaying information between surgeries and insurance providers.
  • Customer retention.
  • Liaising closely with the sales team, clients, and providers to ensure that high standards of communication and organisation are always maintained.
  • Secretarial / call filtering.
  • Appointment booking and diary management.

Your key characteristics as a Sales Support:

  • An assertive individual
  • Excellent telephone manner
