Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity here at Waddle Insurance to join our Sales Support team in a fast paced and dynamic insurance company.

You will be working with a welcoming team who handle all our pre-sales and provider enquiries.

This is a key role within our business within the company during a period of growth, allowing you access to new and invigorating projects.

Key responsibilities for a Sales Support:

Assisting the senior financial advisers in their role.
Relaying information between surgeries and insurance providers.
Customer retention.
Liaising closely with the sales team, clients, and providers to ensure that high standards of communication and organisation are always maintained.
Secretarial / call filtering.
Appointment booking and diary management.

Your key characteristics as a Sales Support:

An assertive individual
