Health & Safety Advisor wanted for a large Pharma project in Oxfordshire for one of Ireland and UK's biggest Building and Engineering companies.

Health & Safety background with a proven track record in leading teams in Pharma (ideally) environments or other similar industries.

At least 5 years Health & Safety Lead experience.

Experience & Requirements:

Toolbox Safety talks, Develop, promote and maintain a strong, proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture
Contribute to the proper drafting and effective communication of the Company's EHS policies
Member of IOSH, Certified level as a minimum (CMIOSH preferred)
Degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health and Safety management
5 Years minimum EHS experience
Experience of implementing EHS Management Systems and supporting procedures
Experienced in disaster planning, resolution and recovery
An advanced knowledge of construction health and safety principles with proven technical skills in occupational safety and health disciplines
Experience in developing and implementing behavioural safety programmes
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Coordinate and lead, the investigation of incidents ensuring root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are implemented.
Influence employee work practices through dialogue, relationship building and behavioural safety coaching.
