As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for supporting a team with administration of complaints, recording, updating and monitoring of completion.

Based in the Midlands, my client provide affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and sale. They work closely with customers to keep their homes safe and comfortable.


Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible:

  • To triage all customer complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries and where appropriate allocate in accordance with the companies complaint procedure.
  • Monitor complaint resolutions and ensure all actions are delivered within agreed timescales.
  • Allocate MP and Councillor enquiries, monitoring compliance with service standard timescales.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Advisors/Specialists to collect customer feedback to support our lessons learnt and continuous improvement approach.
  • Assist in the compilation of relevant information and statistics required by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administration support for the Customer Experience team.
  • To develop and maintain effective working relationships which will enhance service delivery.
  • To act in the interests of the company and its customers and actively promote and demonstrate the companies values.
  • Work outside normal business hours when attending some meetings and events.
  • Carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as may be considered appropriate.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor you will demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative function.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for improving the customer experience by maintaining a good understanding of the customer perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team balanced with the ability to use own initiative, managing own time and priorities.
  • A positive can do attitude that demonstrates you are selfmotivating and accountable.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external organisations/agencies to ensure that individual customer needs are met.
  • The ability to coordinate and process requests thoroughly examining information that requires attention to detail in accordance with related policy, procedures and timescales.
