Roles and responsibilities:


  • Respond to Alarm activation
  • Patrol various sites to ensure the security and integrity of the premises
  • Support static Officers during and following incidents on sites.
  • Supervisory visits and inspections of static security officers on sites.
  • Key Management
  • Respond to customer calls in a professional & timely manner
  • Ensure that all messages are responded to or dealt with appropriately.
  • High accuracy skills with the ability to keep our Control room systems up to date with lateness, blowouts.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, build strong relationships with team member and client networks.
  • As a Control Room Operator your duties will include but are not limited to: loading employee rota information onto our workforce management system, ensure posts are filled with trained and inducted employees in advance.
  • Ensure queries/complaints are escalated to the relevant management team and any required reports are completed.
  • Be proactive in all areas of their job,
  • Ensure the deployment of mobile personnel to sites across the UK is in a timely manner
  • Ensure all tasks are completed as our employee's welfare will be a critical driver in your daytoday duties.
  • Report on all Health and Safety issues in accordance with company guidelines

Qualifications and skills:


  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Managing high levels of incoming and outgoing telephone calls to both clients and branches.
  • Work as part of the Control Room team and liaise with colleagues nationally.
  • Follow correct procedures for incident reporting and real time monitoring.
  • To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner and comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.
  • Meeting individually set KPIs.
  • Applicants must have a 5year checkable history.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Project a security presence in your area, in your vehicle, and patrolling, inspecting, responding to incidents and conducting general duties
  • Checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorised personnel.
  • Inspects buildings, grounds and security devices. Monitors and sets security devices.
  • Provides locking / unlocking services to client sites and premises.
  • Providing a variety of mobile services including patrols and alarm response for commercial or private clients.
  • Customer escort duties

  • Compiles incident and alarm activation reports as required to a legible and accurate standard.
  • Ensures security of any company vehicle used and maintains it to the required standard.

£10.42-£10.50 per hour
