Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills.


Duties:


  • Process customer transactions and handle cash accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,664.95 per year
