We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills.Duties:
- Process customer transactions and handle cash accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette

From £25,664.95 per year
