Working for a Non-profit organisation who are well established within the Housing & Wellbeing association. This company carries a strong corporate value in assisting individuals and communities around homelessness, antisocial behaviour and vulnerability.

You'll have the ambassadorial responsibility to provide initial and continuous referral assessments in conjunction with external bodies to offer placement at Apax for vulnerable adults by utilising collaborative and multi-agency approach with health and safety awareness, risk management and the safeguarding at the core of decision making.

Duties:

Marketing vacancies & develop positive strong relationships with referring agents
Keep accurate records of processes on company management system (Locata)
Responsible to fill all occupancies & ensure mínimal void loss
Attend all meetings with care coordinators, team managers to discuss possible referrals
Arrange & attend Accommodation manager meetings and ensure adherence to the independent move on of the clients quota & planning
Respond to all referral enquiries in writing within a timeframe
To assess and establish referred client's symptoms, triggers, needs, any safety implications, financial capacity and decide in agreement with the accommodation manager whether Apax can sufficiently support the clients
Seek appropriate housing options for outgoing tenant either via the Pathway, private rented sector or other supported accommodations.

Required Skills:

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. To comply with the Company ICT policies
Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment managing different admin & theory practices
Drivers licence
Degree level educated

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
