Who Are We?
- we are a fast-growing student accommodation and short-let management company managing over 70 properties.

We offer a fully managed service for our hosts and guests (including Listing & Revenue Management, 24/7 Guest Services, Cleaning & Maintenance services)
Our Mission: "Deliver the best home away from home experience".

Predominantly, this role is Monday-Friday.

The role involves ensuring the common areas of the property are cleaned to a high standard in order to provide a great first impression to our visitors and provide an excellent service to the students in residence.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive cleaning duties in student buildings located throughout the property, student kitchen areas, offices, communal and toilet areas including replenishing consumables to a high standard of hygiene.

We would love to hear from you, if you have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and you:

Have good communication skills and basic English
Are able to work well under pressure
Have a fun, energetic and "can do" attitude
Are creative and able to use your own initiative
Are interested in further developing your career and experience within the company

Please note we are looking for either someone full time and you must legally be able to work in the UK.
