Job Title:
Specialist Senior Customer Service Advisor

Location:
Brislington, Bristol, BS4

Salary:
£26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:30am

5:00pm

The Person:

Minimum of 2years working in a customer service environment.
Highly organised and self motivatedwith proven track record of delivering excellentcustomer service.
Warm, friendly and approachable demeanour giving a personalised and professionalcustomer experience at each interaction
Flexible, adaptable with a positive can do attitude
Open to and actively welcomes feedback and development opportunities from theteammanager
Strong desire to help each and every patient have an excellent and positiveexperience when obtaining medication.

Responsibilities:

Handle complex and escalated complaints competently in line with businessrequirements and best practice.
Create, develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and measures
Lead staff training and coaching sessions relating to customer service
Carry out regular process improvement reviews with the team manager ensuringeffective, efficient processes are in place, providing positive suggestions forimprovement, quantifying monetary, time and satisfaction savings.
Deliver lessons learned and coaching feedback in a timely and effective manner
Maintain positive working relationship with business partners and suppliers
Ensure Customer Satisfaction reflects the high level of service
Take responsibility for the internal claims process for loss or damaged parcels.
Assist the team manager in understanding key themes through a patient insightprogramme
