Senior Management Accountant - Fast Growth SME Media Agency

Harmonic are delighted to be working on a retained basis with a rapidly growing Media Agency based in central London.

They are a strategic and creative consultancy specialising in Fashion and Lifestyle.

They have grown from £5mill t/o to £10mill t/o within the last 18 months, and the business are consequently looking for a Management Accountant to support the business asit grows.

They are expecting to grow a further 30% next year which will bring new commercial opportunities.

The Role

Key responsibilities:

Manage the management accounts process endtoend monthly for the group.
Reconcile, defer & recognise income & costs for projects/clients on a monthly basis
Reconcile costs for projects/clients on a monthly basis
Update & reconcile reports each month, raising or releasing accruals as necessary
Balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with the FC and other key stakeholders to prepare forecasts and budgets.
Maintain rolling forecasting models, seeking constant process and model improvements.
Assist with system and process improvements.
Assist with reviewing coding & posting AP processed invoices.
Continually seeking ways to streamline & automate accounting processes.
Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable request as requested by the Finance Manager & any member of the senior management team.
Prepare, Maintain and provide insights on client revenue analysis
Assist in preparation of statutory accounts and year end files.

Key Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to meet multiple deadlines;
Strong Excel skills;
Great interpersonal skills with a confident ability to forge and build solid working relationships across all levels;
Articulate, engaging and adaptable;
A Selfstarter who is a problem solver, inquisitive, logical and driven;
A background in media would be a distinct advantage or a keen interest in the creative/entertainment industry.

Package:

- £43,000 - £50,000 + benefits + study support

Location:
London with hybrid model (2 days in the office)
