We have a great opportunity to join our fantastic People Team as our sole Internal Communications & Engagement Partner.

The role reports into our OD and Engagement Manager, and will be supported by an OD Co-ordinator as part of a small ODE Team.

The main purpose of this role is to support the organisation and individual functions across PDSA with the delivery of high-quality communications and employee engagement activity to inspire and enable our people to deliver our vision.

This role is a chance to play a leading part in our organisation as we drive improvements, adapt to change and involve and engage our people along the way.

The responsibilities include the development and implementation of our communication and engagement plans, managing our communication channels, designing and delivering organisational engagement activities, leading and developing our internal staff forums and groups, and facilitating and creating innovate ways to communicate effectively with all our staff across functions.

The role also leads on the delivery of our engagement surveys, identifying trends and sharing key findings to enable action.


About you
