Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.


Duties:


  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,022.98 per year
