We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

From £25,022.98 per year
