We are currently on the hunt for a passionate Junior Editor to join our fun, friendly team here at Auctus Digital.

As Junior Editor, you will work with the Editor and Content Strategist, providing support in a number of key areas.

You will proofread articles produced by our team of writers, checking the quality of the final product and ensuring the content adheres to company guidelines.

You will also assist in generating new article ideas, launching test content and assessing how pieces are performing once launched.

At Auctus Digital, we produce quality online content for a number of websites with a pop culture focus, including Eighties Kids and Go Social.

You will work on entertainment content, in the form of listicles, fact posts, quizzes and the occasional news and current affairs stories.

We're looking for someone with a positive mental attitude, who can keep up our reputation by making sure content is produced to a high standard, and who is creative, hardworking and passionate about great content.

• Proofreading content
• Providing feedback to a team of writers
• Generating ideas for content
• Launching test content
• Assessing how pieces of content are performing once launched

• A strong awareness of and interest in internet culture and celebrity culture
• Strong editing and proofreading skills

• Experience with WordPress or similar software
• Familiarity with basic spreadsheet work

• Working as an important part of a super friendly but hardworking team
