Description

Due to further growth NE&C Windows and Doors are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing family.


Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for Customer/After Care
  • Logging all details on our company database
  • Scheduling appointments for engineers and surveyors when required
  • Ordering replacement parts as and when required
  • Assisting with Office Admin as and when required


Generally having a good willingness to learn and be part of our team, there could be an opportunity to assist in sales and order processing in the future to further develop the role.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£10.50-£11.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
