About the Role:
Excited to present this exciting opportunity to join our brand new Traineeship team. We are seeking a performance-driven, multi-disciplinary learner focused
Traineeship Tutor to support participants on our Traineeship programme. This role will include the delivery of Functional Skills, Employability and Essential Digital Skills.
Job role

The post holder will:_
- Provide a tailored approach traineeship programme that meets the needs of every learner
- Provide an engaging and interactive teaching and learning environment for all learners
Support activities will involve:_
- Achieve a minimum of 80% completion rate and no higher than a 10% attrition rate
- Deliver Functional Skills Math and English up to a level
- Deliver Employability up to a level
- Deliver Essential Digital Skills up to a level
- Ensure portfolios meet the awarding body requirements
- To assess learner work weekly and to give constructive feedback
- To provide additional support to learners when needed
- ASN/ALN
- Maintaining regular contact; conducting regular review so to monitor progression
- To be offer a variety of teaching methods to meet the learner needs
- Complete mock exams as per schedule and support learners through to examination and certification
- Keep accurate records of attendance and maintain an OTLA score of no lower than Grade
- Be confident in face to face, hybrid and remote delivery
- Be prepared to travel across England when needed
Job Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Experience of working in a performance targeted environment
- Experience of traineeship delivery and requirements
- Experience of recording and maintaining records for learners
- Willingness to take increased responsibility when required
- A commitment to Equal opportunities, Safeguarding, Cultural Diversity, Health and welfare of self and others.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Hold a relevant teaching and assessing qualifcation
- Experience of working with ASN and ALN learners
- Good understanding of Ofsted and Traineeship requirements
