Description

You will

To act as the senior development management officer for all major
regeneration

taking responsibility for the production and delivery of reports and
information to enable robust decision-making on estates

To provide substantial technical expertise on all matters relating to
development management against the council's planning policies
and the statutory process, including housing, development finance,
transport, green and social infrastructure, design and other matters,
the statutory development management process. You will also provide expert briefings that support council colleagues including the Senior Management team Cabinet and Councillors.
