We're looking for a highly motivated
Part Time Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Milford Haven working in our well known John Francisestateagency.

Part Time hours over 3 days per week to include a Saturday on a rota. Days to be discussed at interview.

Your role as aTrainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion.

You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branchMortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successfulTrainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator:

Preferably an experienced
sales person
Able to generate new business in a
target driven environment
Outstanding customer care /
customer serviceexperience
Resilient,
positive, organised, numerate and
detail oriented:
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
A
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
