About the Role

***This is an exciting opportunity to join the professional services team in the Department of Physics at the University of Warwick. The post is available for an immediate start.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior HR assistant to work closely with the HR Administrator to deliver an efficient and effective HR service to the department, and act as a first point of contact for line managers and employees for all HR matters.
About You

***You will have experience of working in a HR or an administrative environment, preferably within Higher Education. You will be experienced in managing a diverse workload and filtering demands on the time of senior staff. You will have excellent IT skills, with a good working experience of Microsoft Office packages and a proven ability to quickly learn and use new IT systems.
Full training will be provided as appropriate. Whilst training you will be expected work full time on campus.
There may be scope for some hybrid working once the training period is completed but due to the nature of the role you will still be based on campus for the majority of the time.
