Up to £26,000k depending on experience.
Come and join us as Executive Assistantto provide support to the managing director and deputise in their absence.

To take responsibility for selected tasks within the office, to provide clerical, administrative, and reception cover to support the showroom.

You will deliver high levels of administration to play a pivotal role in supporting Managing director.

Suga Küchen have been designing and installing beautiful kitchens in homes across the Northwest for over 36 years.

Our design team work seamlessly with clients to architects on a new build or extension, or you, personally to design the perfect space for our clients to live in.


What you'll get to do


Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative and Showroom duties - promoting a welcoming environment and supporting the effective communication within the showroom and day to day organisation within the office.


Executive assistant tasks would be planning and scheduling, ordering stock and supplies, handling correspondence and managing personal calendars and help to prioritise and manage time effectively.

This role requires highly proficient organisational skills, a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director's office & showroom
  • Distributing work and information in the absence of the Managing Director
  • Acting as contact for the Managing Director regarding daytoday activities
  • Managing diaries, booking meetings and ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Handling sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation with appropriate discretion
  • Be capable of competently dealing with situations in the absence of the Managing Director
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Be the main point of contact within Reception, answering/referring all requests and queries in an appropriate and timely manner. To manage the Showroom function and office facility
  • Support in organising workload, including forward planning, work allocation and monitoring, providing advice and guidance, as part of a flexible and efficient support service
  • Responsible for managing the office systems
  • Undertaking the planning, management, and implementation of internal projects
  • First point of contact for internal and external visitors, arranging refreshments

What we're looking for from you

  • Previous PA/EA experience or previous experience as senior administrator
  • Highly organised and dynamic individual with high levels of administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

  • Experience in diary management
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships Proactive problemsolving Skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
