Are you proactive with outstanding knowledge and experience in managing LDA (Learning disability and Autism)? Then this role is for you.

NHFT have a strong track record for continuous innovation in our Learning Disability and Autism services. We are looking to recruit a Head of service to cover our Learning disability and Autism pathways.

The post holder will work across ICS (Integrated care system ) partners in ensuring that people with learning disability and/or autism are supported to live in the community with the right support and close to home.

You will be responsible for the continuation and development of co-production new teams/services whilst being an integral partner with social care, ICB, acute hospitals and the voluntary sector.
