Payroll Analyst
Permanent
London/Hybrid working
Up to £70,000 + Bonus

Network HR have partnered exclusively with a small, boutique Financial Services firm for the hire of an experienced Payroll Analyst on a permanent basis.

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the accurate production of all global payrolls and a rangeof regular and ad hoc management information.


Responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for monthly and quarterly payroll processes
Detailed checking of all payroll reports
Primary responsibility for annual/quarterly payroll tasks, including any tax returns; UK P60 etc
External payroll bureau relationship management
Monitor and review payroll policies and controls to ensure adherence to relevant legislation and evolving market best practice
Ensuring payroll inputs are comprehensive and formatted in accordance with the external bureau requirements for global employee and quarterly director payrolls
Collate data for regular HR reporting and KPI tracking

Background:
Experience working in a small-medium sized business - demonstrating ability to operate in a standalone capacity
Experience of international payrolls is highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Numerate with strong analytical skills
