We are looking for a business administration apprentice to join the team at Bed Student Rentals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy letting agency, in a varied role dealing with tenants, landlords and trades.

The right applicant will provide administration support to the team as required whilst studying towards a recognised qualification.

We are looking for a bright and bubbly person with an outgoing personality who is confident dealing with people both on the telephone and face to face.

Our small office, close to the University of Chester, has lots going two days are the same


Main Duties:

• Answering telephone calls
• General administration
• Arranging house viewings
• Booking in maintenance work
• Helping with our marketing & social media
• Conducting Key Audits
• Populating our website and advertising portals

Personal attributes:

• Confident and outgoing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Grades 4/C or above in English and Math's at GCSE or equivalent
• Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High level of accuracy
• Good problemsolving skills
• Customer Focused
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good attention to detail
• Can work well under pressure

Remuneration & Benefits:

- £7.00 per hour
