We have an exciting opportunity for a
communications manager to join our clients who work within the energy sector. This is an exciting time to join the business as it's currently going through a huge amount of growth.


Communications Manager main duties with include

  • Own the communications development plan and continually review the priority with a lens of business and customer benefit.
  • Work alongside the technical team to create content for the website to allow customers to easily navigate the online services
  • Lead workshops with business, technical SMEs, and suppliers to understand billing scenarios
  • Write and design an incident management communications library
  • Support the operation to create clear messages
What we need from the
Communications Manager At least 4 years working within a similar role

  • Experience designing and analysing customer journeys
  • Highly organised with a strong attention the detail
  • Experience within the utilities industry
  • Experience of working with suppliers to meet the appropriate outcomes
