Permanent and flexible Debt Recovery Agent role for this growing and stable Financial services organisations specialising in secured and unsecured customer debt.

Based form their Rickmansworth area offices with hybrid and very flexible working.

Which means they are needing more Debt Recovery Agents to lead from the front in supporting customers and keep them on the top of theirgame.

This is a permanent role offering hybrid working around the Rickmansworth area for the right enthusiastic and proactive individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment


Description
Debt Recovery Agent duties and responsibilities;

  • Advise customers on collections proceedings and process
  • Work with customers to ensure accurate collections
  • Demonstrating fantastic customer service expertise, such as empathy and listening skills, using the information shared with you to support your customers to make informed decisions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders
  • Assist on projects
  • Support the manager to develop professionally

Profile
Debt Recovery Agent - FS experience and characteristics required;

  • Be a good communicator, great listener and able to demonstrate empathy when needed
  • Experience working in a Contact Centre environment before, or have extensive experience within a customerfacing role, ideally in a regulated collections/ debt recovery role
  • Show longevity in one of your most recent roles
  • An understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial industry or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Be confident about speaking to customers on the phone, and updating systems with what you have agreed
  • You have a cando attitude and want to build a career within financial services
