Job Role; Payroll Specialist

Location; Rochdale - on site care parking (hybrid option)

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 with a complete range of benefits

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Payroll specialist - who will work as part of the Finance team and has a basic understanding or Reconciliations etc.

As the Payroll specialist you will work end to end Payroll taking a hands on approach.


You have a Payroll and Weekly / Monthly and Hourly paid Employees for which you will control Payroll and Benefits.

Alongside day to day production of Payroll you will also work across;

  • HMRC
  • Reporting / Payments /Deductions etc.
  • Reconciliation of Stat Payments


  • Pension

  • Auto Enrolment and Contributions
  • Complete a range of Payroll and Pension Reconciliations
  • Review / Reconcile and Review Employee benefits
The Payroll specialist will work closely with Central Finance and HR Teams.

A working knowledge of Manual Payroll will be useful but not essential

Our Client works Monday to Friday - with a 3.00 om finish on Friday

Once you are settled into the role there will be opportunities to work from home time to time.
