My client are a large non for profit organisation who are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their Accounts Team.
Experience working within payroll is a necessity, along with RTI and Pension exposure. This role will require training in Newcastle and will then be a hybrid model from London moving forward
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited too
- Expenses input, verification to receipts, obtaining valid authorization, maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting input/and or review of new starters onto the Accord payroll system
- Assisting calculate and administrate all Payroll changes and incremental increases as instructed by HR
- Administration of Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave
- Administration of Sickness Leave
- Payroll processing & review all aspects of payroll including starters, leavers, changes, maternity, sickness
- Reviewing exceptions report
- Production of pre update reports including BACS payments file
- Reconciliation of BACS file
- Transfer of Bacs for payment
- Review RTI journal, edit if required
- Run Full Payment Submission
- Run P3
- Run Employer Payment Submission
- Run validation check
- Upload payroll journal for import to GL
- Produce Management Reports
