Description

Responsibilities:

Producing controls MI on behalf of the global business to support the delivery of the Operational Risk and Controls Methodology (ORCM) Framework.
Continuing to build the ORCM / iCARE brand by working shoulder to shoulder with business partners and deliver high quality reporting & MI.
Delivering reporting that helps to drive improvements in controls and data quality, including the timely remediation of issues and the return to tolerance for risks
Establishing and maintaining an effective business relationship with the key stakeholders (including AI 1st line, Risk, and Internal Audit).
Supporting teams within Operations with their Governance and Controls related matters e.g., chairing Risk Nominee/Owner meetings and ensuring timely controls assessment and closure of issues.
Ensuring functions comply with the EUC policy and assist the Cluster Seven onboarding and monitoring process as required.

Skills desired:

Demonstrable skills to ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are met. This includes detailed planning and allocation of resources and taking necessary actions to ensure milestones are achieved.
Ability to run meetings effectively.
Delivery focus with ability to work to tight deadlines.
Skilled in data manipulation and use of Excel (intermediate level).
Effective stakeholder management.
