Job Title:
Finance Administrator
Job Purpose:
To support the finance team with the day-to-day administration of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the AP inbox and initial responses to Stakeholders
- Checking supplier invoices are correct and dealing with any subsequent queries
- Resolve any internal queries with other departments in a timely manner
- Resolve any external queries with Suppliers in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements to a resolution
- Raising purchase orders where requested
- Ordering Stationary and maintaining the stock levels
- Supporting the Assistant Management Accountant and Head of Finance with audit requests
- Undertake and assist Finance team in any adhoc duties as required.
- Work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience in an Accounts Payable environment preferred
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently and effectively
- High attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
Up to £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
