Job Title:
Finance Administrator


Job Purpose:
To support the finance team with the day-to-day administration of the finance department.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining the AP inbox and initial responses to Stakeholders
  • Checking supplier invoices are correct and dealing with any subsequent queries
  • Resolve any internal queries with other departments in a timely manner
  • Resolve any external queries with Suppliers in a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements to a resolution
  • Raising purchase orders where requested
  • Ordering Stationary and maintaining the stock levels
  • Supporting the Assistant Management Accountant and Head of Finance with audit requests
  • Undertake and assist Finance team in any adhoc duties as required.
  • Work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in an Accounts Payable environment preferred

Skills:


  • Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently and effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
