Band 2: 6 month probationary contract with a view to permanent position, Various contracted hours from per week.

The therapeutic care team are keen to recruit motivated and enthusiastic support workers to their service. The team is unique in how to delivers care and improves the experience of patients within the trust. The service provides 1:1 care and support for patients who require continuous enhanced observation at the James Cook site.

And although the role can be challenging, it is extremely rewarding, with strong support structures in place, and opportunities for individuals to grow and develop within the healthcare setting.

There is even opportunity for apprenticeships to be completed within the role should colleagues fulfil the criteria and wish to do so.

As a TCSW you will provide a full range of therapeutic care and interaction to patients. This includes personal care, and nutritional support, meaningful activity, promoting independence, building therapeutic relationships, and effectively communicating with patients.

Leadership and Improvement Training
