Shift pattern on a 2 week rolling rota

week 1 Friday Saturday Sunday 18:00-06:00

Week 2 Friday Saturday Sunday Monday 18:00-06:00

This works out to be 42 hours per week

TheStudios based in the heart of Wolverhampton, 196 studio apartment's spread over 11 floors, housing professional residents, ground floor bar/lounge, cinema, gym.

The main objective of the role is to ensure we deliver the best service possible to our residents, whilst also maintaining the security of the building and safety of our residents.

Live local to WV1

Smart appearance

Great communication skills both verbally and written

Stays calm under pressure

Can take control of situations

A can do attitude

Excellent customer service

Some of the duties of the role

Ensuring visitors sign in correctly following company policy

Safety of residents and staff

Maintenance duties including, flat pack furniture assembly, weeding, strimming, painting and other assigned maintenance tasks

Emptying bins from all 11 floors

3 security walks of the full building

Act as fire warden

Taking deliveries

Handing out deliveries to residents

Other tasks as assigned

We are looking for the right person to commence employment by the 20th June, must be able to attend interviews.
