I am excited to be recruiting a Business Manager on a full-time permanent basis for my client based in Appley Bridge, Wigan who have impressively grown over the past 9 years and continue to do so.

The focus will be driving the Business Development & Operational / Case Management functions of the business forward ensuring KPI's are hit, and monthly profit figures are achieved.

This role will be managing a team of 5 long standing staff members.

Salary and Benefits

This is hugely variable dependent on the experience, calibre and professional standing and qualification of the individual and as such the starting salary can range from £40,000 for an enthusiastic largely unqualified individual to £80,000 for a qualifiedand trained and relevant law professional.

20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Role

Managing and assisting existing operations/case management team; communications with all stakeholders of the business, review client updates and relationships, setting existing client case targets and strategy to obtain.
Reporting on weekly and monthly

My client recognises and understands that due to the unique nature of the role an initial period of learning and adjustment will be required.

This training and initiation period will be fully supported by the existing business manager and the long-standingmanagement consultants who represent the companies' shareholders interests and aspirations.
