Do you want to be part of a great team and offer first class service to our Business Travel Customers? We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant with entertainment experience to join BCD Travel

Senior Business Travel Agent:

Parttime, Hybrid, in the UK_

In this role, you are the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers.

Senior Business Travel Agent

Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
Strong understanding of a client travel policy to guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
Supports BCD Travel and client driven initiatives

About you

Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
Experience with Sabre
Flexible to travel to Battersea/Liverpool Street in future
Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
