Description
Fixed Term Contract - Term to be defined (9-15months)


Main Purpose:

Management of asset disposal including machinery, land and buildings


Main duties:

Building the project action plan, the milestones and corresponding schedules

Anticipating and managing all risks associated with such a project

Managing the decommissioning, dismantling of installations, sales of equipment and possible site cleaning

Managing the suppliers in line with QHSE requirements; specific strong focus on Safety will be expected

Selection of suppliers and additional service providers

Managing the sale of the equipment with traders and/or industry buyers

Managing budget & timeline

Managing local stakeholders


Prepare process of sales of property including:
Launching the environmental study & driving potential remedial work with the appropriate subcontractors

Supervising and managing soil surveys and any local depollution matters with subcontractors (obtain all certificates and waivers)

Identification of potential buyers

Appraisal of value

Supporting the transitioning and possible transfer of remaining teams to other site locations


Preferred Competencies:

Engineering degree with industrial/manufacturing experience

Familiar with Asset disposal with solid financial understanding

Strong and demonstrated project management competencies

Experience of site dismantling and business activity a pre-requisite

Strong leadership and management experience

Comfortable working with significant autonomy
