Customer Service Advisor

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday with a range of shifts in between 8am - 6pm.

One in 3 Saturdays would also be expected. 9am - 1pm.


The role and responsibilities::


  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will be knowledgeable of policies offered by the brand, offering expert customer care over the phone. You will handle a large volume of inbound customer enquiries, ensuring they are given the most valuable information possible.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve their problems, offering advice and alternatives where necessary.
  • Promoting the brand and their values, offering uptodate product knowledge and embodying the company's core values.
  • Inputting data into the system system where needed.

What we are looking for:


  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to use empathy while speaking to a wide range of customers.
