37 hours per week, Term Time Only (plus 5 days)

Scale SO1 (points Actual salary £ £29,816 per annum

Trinity Academy Leeds is a brand-new school situated in east Leeds and currently open to three year groups.

As a growing school we are seeking to expand our staff team and recruit like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to be the very best that they can be.

The role of careers advisor will be key in supporting our students as they move through their academic career.

We are keenly aware of the need to ensure that all young people have clear and accessible careers advice in order to make decisions which will guide them to future success.

With an award-winning careers pathway already established for Years 7, 8 and 9 we are seeking a careers advisor who can take the existing framework to the next level to ensure that all students in east Leeds have the skills, knowledge and attributes to fulfil their potential.


What we need:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience of working with identified disaffected students, or groups of students
  • Experience of working with young people in an educational setting.
  • Experience of planning and running events and trips
