Working as a Supply Teacher no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for directing, enhancing and engaging in the learning experience of pupils under your care in a vibrant environment without having the responsibility of lesson planning of marking.

Supply Teacher responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of a broad and balanced curriculum.
Ensure the best possible progress and academic outcomes for students by delivering engaging and differentiated preplanned lessons.
Manage behaviour in line with school policies and ethos.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be able to work collaboratively with other staff members
Have an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to teaching.
