About the role:

We are currently looking for a Junior Product Generalist. This is an entry level opportunity to play an important role in our company. You will get experience that typically spans across many different technical and business roles.

You'll help us build better products, win new business and provide better support to our customers, including our current larger Hedge Fund clients.

You will contribute to product documentation, product roadmap management, pre and post sales customer support, demo system development and some light QA.

The role could lead to broader product management, development, marketing or professional services responsibilities. We are growing and are looking for the right key team members to grow with us. Recent college grads are welcome to apply.


About you:

• Highly motivated and autonomous
• Great communication skills (written and oral)
• Fast technology learner, but not core developer
• Desire to work in a small, startup environment
• Teaching, writing experience
• Some business experience
• Interest in finance or financial services
• Interest in data analytics and visualization
• Interest in business, marketing or sales

We're based in a shared start-up space in Cambridge, near Inman Square. We have a relaxed, flexible work environment.
