Dale Farm is a leading dairy company supplying a wide range of branded consumer products and food ingredients into the UK, Irish and international markets.

We wish to fill the following key position at our major cheese, whey and powder processing plant at Dunmanbridge near Cookstown:

Bulk Cheese & Whey Process Technician
The shift pattern will be a 3 days on, 3 days off basis rotating between days and nights (7-7).

  • Recent and relevant food/production experience.
  • Previous Machine operation experience.
  • Flexibility to work shift pattern including weekends.
  • The ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • A good general level of education, preferably with knowledge of food hygiene.
